Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you full authority over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect mail messages from one email mailbox to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your email accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just choose the mail account you want to redirect messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
